Silver pocket watch with floral engraving and chain

Found a silver pocket watch with a short chain this afternoon around 3:45pm outside the Old Mill Market on Farmington Ave, near the Town Green. The watch is about 2 inches in diameter, silver-toned with a slightly tarnished finish, and the crystal has a small crack along the edge. The back is engraved with a delicate floral pattern and the initials 'S.J.' in cursive, and it comes with a slim brown leather case that has a faint musty smell. I figured someone must be missing it, so I kept it safe and hoped to reunite it with its owner.
