Description
Found a white Omron blood pressure monitor with a blue cuff this afternoon around 2:30 pm outside the Fargo Theatre on Broadway. It's a compact unit tucked in a small black zip pouch; the cuff is clearly marked 'Medium' and the display shows a recent reading, the plastic shell has a minor scuff but overall good condition. I picked it up near the theater entrance after the rain stopped and the sidewalk started drying.
