Lost silver ring with floral engravings near Riverwalk in Moorhead.

I lost my silver ring with beautiful floral engravings while I was walking my dog near the Riverwalk in Moorhead last Saturday. I noticed it was missing when I got home and have retraced my steps but haven't been able to find it. It's a special piece that was given to me by my grandmother, so I'm really hoping to get it back.
