Lost light blue denim jacket with unique sleeve patches left in a coffee shop in Essex.

I seem to have lost my favorite light blue denim jacket while visiting a coffee shop in Essex last Saturday. I think I left it on a chair by the window. It's somewhat worn but has a few unique patches sewn on the sleeve. I would love to get it back as it holds a lot of sentimental value to me.
