Silver Pandora bracelet with heart charm

I lost my silver Pandora bracelet yesterday around 3pm near the Bicentennial Tower along Bayfront Parkway in Erie. It's a slim 7-inch bracelet in a silver-tone, with a small heart charm engraved with the initials 'AJ' and a tiny emerald bead near the clasp. It’s in decent condition, but the clasp has felt a bit loose lately. This bracelet was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me—sentimental value I’m really hoping to get back. If someone found it, I’d be grateful to get it back and can meet up to pick it up.
