Lost blue and white flannel shirt with elbow patches, size medium, near Elmira-Corning, New York.

I lost my favorite blue and white flannel shirt while I was out walking my dog around the Elmira-Corning area last Wednesday afternoon. It has a few noticeable patches on the elbows and is a size medium. I really hope to get it back, as it has been a staple in my wardrobe for years.
