Found this afternoon around 2:45pm on the sidewalk outside the Corning Public Library on Market Street, downtown Corning (Elmira-Corning). It's a silver 11-inch iPad Pro in a gray silicone case with a pink floral pattern on the back. The back bears a small engraving 'R.M.' near the bottom corner. The screen lights up to the home screen and seems in good condition, with no water damage. I’m hoping to get it back to its owner; if this belongs to you, reply here with the model and the initials on the back so we can arrange a safe pickup.
