Blue Nike running jacket found near Riverside Park

Found this blue Nike running jacket this afternoon around 3:15pm in the Riverside Park parking lot off Water Street, Elmira. It’s a men’s size M, navy with a clean white Nike swoosh and a neon lime zipper pull that really stands out. The jacket looks in good shape aside from a tiny snag along the left cuff and a soft fleece lining that’s a bit worn from workouts. There’s a small inside pocket with a Dri-FIT tag, which might help confirm ownership if you’re the one who recognizes it.
