Red dog collar with bone tag found near Walmart

I found a red nylon dog collar this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Walmart Supercenter on Idaho Street in Elko. It is about 1 inch wide, with a bright red strap, a small bone-shaped brass tag that reads 'Milo', and a faint blue paw-print pattern along the edge. The metal buckle has a tiny scratch from a curb, and the collar is slightly muddy from the light rain today, but otherwise in good condition. It clearly belonged to a dog who was well-loved, so I am hoping to reunite Milo with the dog owner. If this is yours, reply in the app and we can arrange a pickup at the Walmart parking lot.
