Found cockatiel with yellow head near Walmart

Found this bright cockatiel this afternoon around 2:15 pm in the parking lot behind the Walmart on Idaho Street in Elko. It has a vivid yellow crest and orange cheek patches, a gray body, and white wing bars. There’s a blue plastic leg band with 'ELKO-07' stamped on it. The bird was calm and curious, hopped onto my gloved finger for a moment, and chirped a cheerful tune. It clearly seems like someone's pet and looks well cared for, so I’d really like to get it back to its owner.
