Silver flute in black case found downtown El Paso

I found a silver flute in a black hard-shell case this morning around 9:15 am near the Plaza Theatre in downtown El Paso, by Overland Ave and Pacific Ave. The flute is a Yamaha student model YFL-221, silver-plated, with a small dent on the head joint and some wear on the keys. The case has a red cactus sticker and the initials 'AP' engraved on the headjoint.
