Found black leather messenger bag with a shiny silver buckle near the base of the Franklin Mountains in El Paso.

I found a black leather messenger bag near the base of the Franklin Mountains in El Paso. It has a shiny silver buckle and appears to be in good condition. There seem to be some papers and a small notebook inside, but I didn't want to disturb anything. If this belongs to you or you might know the owner, I would be happy to return it!
