Gold-tone bracelet with heart charm

Found a gold-tone bracelet this afternoon around 4:15pm along Water Street in downtown Eau Claire, near the riverfront boardwalk by Phoenix Park. It’s about 7 inches long, with a gently tarnished finish and a tiny heart charm that has the initials 'JL' engraved on the back. There’s a small purple enamel bead on the clasp that makes it easy to spot. The bracelet looks like it has seen some wear but is otherwise intact. If someone recognizes this as theirs or knows who it might belong to, I’d love to get it back to its owner.
