Black leather briefcase found near Lighthouse Market

I found a black leather briefcase this afternoon around 2:45pm in the parking lot behind Lighthouse Market on Main Street, Eastern Shore. It's about the size of a standard briefcase, with a few scuffs on the corners and a front zipper that sticks a bit. The inside lining is burgundy, and there's a brass tag on the handle with the initials 'J.E.' plus a green luggage tag still attached. There's also a crumpled receipt from a local tech store tucked in the side pocket.
