Lost silver Omron blood pressure monitor with small black case in Eastern Panhandle, West Virginia.

I believe I lost my blood pressure monitor while I was out running errands in the Eastern Panhandle this past weekend. It’s a silver Omron model with a small black case. I last remember having it in the store parking lot, but I could have dropped it along the way somewhere. It’s really important for my health, so I’d appreciate any help in finding it.
