Found black leather handbag with gold chain strap and keychain along the waterfront in Eastern North Carolina.

I found a black leather handbag while walking along the waterfront in Eastern NC. It has a gold chain strap and a small keychain attached. It looks pretty new and has a few personal items inside, including a makeup pouch and a wallet. I'm hoping to get it back to its owner as soon as possible.
