I found a very friendly golden retriever roaming near Peanut Park in Eastern CT. He had no collar but seemed well taken care of. He loves to follow people around and enjoys playing fetch. I took him home for now, but I'm hoping to find his owner soon. Please reach out if he sounds familiar!
