Ornate ceramic wall plaque found near Market Square

I found a decorative ceramic wall plaque this afternoon around 2:30 pm, tucked behind the tram stop at Market Street by Old Market Square in Nottingham, East Midlands. It's roughly 25 cm square, with a glossy teal glaze and a delicate gold fern motif painted across the front. There's a small chip on the top-right corner and a faint maker's stamp on the back that reads 'Studio Fern'. The plaque is otherwise in good condition and really stood out against the pavement with its bright colors. I figured someone might be missing a piece like this, so I’m posting it here in case you can describe the chip or the back stamp and I’ll get it back to you.
