I found a blue reflective dog harness this afternoon around 2:15pm near the V&A Dundee on Riverside Esplanade by Dock Street. It's nylon, size medium, with lime-green stitching and a small circular metal ID tag engraved with the name 'Milo' plus a tiny purple paw print sticker on the strap. The buckle works smoothly, and there are a few scuffs from use, but it's in decent shape. I know it can be stressful to lose a pet accessory, and I really hope Milo's owner sees this.
