Found black rolling suitcase with travel stickers and a broken side zipper near Duluth Harbor.

I found a black rolling suitcase near the Duluth Harbor on Sunday while walking my dog. It has a few travel stickers from different places on it, and the zipper on one side is broken. There was no tag with an owner's information, but it looked like it had recently been through an airport since there were some scuff marks on the wheels.
