Lost black leather gloves with a small tear near the Mississippi River in Dubuque.

I lost my favorite black leather gloves while walking near the Mississippi River in Dubuque. I think I may have dropped them while taking a photo. They have a small tear in the lining but are otherwise in good condition. If you see them, please let me know!
