Found contact card with name and number

Category: Lost Contact — I found a small contact card this afternoon around 3:45pm behind the Carnegie-Stout Public Library on West 11th Street in Dubuque. It's white with a blue cafe logo and lists the name Lena Park, a mobile number (563) 555-0123, and an email [email protected] on the back. There's a faint coffee stain by the corner and a tiny star sticker that helps identify it. I'd really like to return it to the owner and keep it from being misplaced again.
