Found black rolling suitcase with airline stickers near the park by the riverfront in Dubuque.

Description

I found a black rolling suitcase while walking near the park by the riverfront in Dubuque yesterday. It looks like it may belong to a traveler as it has some airline stickers on it. The suitcase is in good condition, but it was just sitting there unattended, so I picked it up. There’s no name tag or any identifying information on it, but I really want to return it to its owner if possible.
