Blue cockatiel with yellow crest and leg band

I lost my blue cockatiel yesterday around 3pm. He was last seen near the Barbican in Plymouth, fluttering around the benches outside a café by the water. He’s a blue-grey bird with a bright yellow crest and orange cheek patches, about the size of a small parakeet. He wears a small silver leg band engraved 'LJ-7' on his right leg, and there's a tiny white scar on his left wing from a minor tumble last week. He’s incredibly friendly, chirpy, and used to perching on my finger at home. I’m really worried—he’s my constant companion and it would mean the world to get him back.
