White king-size comforter with blue piping

I found a white king-size comforter (Bedding & Linen) this morning around 9:15am in the parking lot behind the Detroit Institute of Arts on Woodward Ave. It's microfiber and in pretty good condition, with a faint coffee stain along the bottom edge. There's a small embroidery mark that looks like 'DIA' in the lower right corner; no visible brand tag. If you lost this, I hope to get it back to its rightful owner—tell me a couple identifying details to confirm it's yours.
