Lost Blue Batman Signal Wallet, Has Permanent Resident card in it behind my Driver's license. Reward is you get to keep the money inside it, like 40-60bucks, just need my IDs desperately. Please text. Its a bright blue wallet with a yellow/black batman signal on it. Hard to miss. Has a kaiser permenante insurance card in it.
