LOST Gym Bags near Del Rio City Park, Del Rio/Eagle Pass, TX
Last Friday around 7:15 a.m., I realized my gym bags were missing after I left the locker area near the pavilion at Del Rio City Park in the Del Rio / Eagle Pass, Texas area. The blue duffel and gray backpack were sitting on the bench as I refilled my water bottle, and when I turned back, they were gone. Inside are my workout clothes, a pair of running shoes, and a small notebook with my training plan. I rely on that gear every week, and losing it felt like losing momentum. If someone saw them, I hope they’re nearby somewhere safe.
Lost carry-ons near Del Rio Riverfront
I was wrapping up a late conference call at 9:15 PM yesterday and left my two carry-ons on a bench by the Del Rio Riverfront near Riverside Park. When I returned, the bags were gone and the streetlights turned the water a molten gold in the dusk. One bag is black with a red stripe along the zipper; the other is a blue rolling bag with a worn tag. Inside are work documents and a few outfits I had hoped to wear for a flight home. I am anxious and worried, because this trip hinges on those bags, and I hope someone found them and kept them safe until I can get them back.
Tan Kate Spade crossbody with pink lining
I lost my tan Kate Spade crossbody yesterday around 3:45pm outside the Walmart on Veterans Blvd in Del Rio. It’s a compact 9-inch bag, pebble-grain leather with a detachable strap and a bright pink lining you notice when you open it. It has gold hardware and a tiny gold pineapple charm on the zipper pull, plus a small coffee stain on the bottom corner. Inside I kept receipts, a few photos, and my nursing school ID; it was a gift from my mom, so it means a lot to me. I’d really appreciate getting it back; I use it every day for work and school.
Navy blue North Face backpack with red zipper pull
I lost my navy blue The North Face backpack yesterday around 3pm near the Walmart on Main Street in Del Rio. It's a medium-sized daypack with a few scuffs on the bottom from daily use, and the front zipper has a bright red pull. Inside are my gray laptop charger, a small notebook, and a family photo tucked in the front pocket, plus a tiny purple cactus sticker on the upper pocket. There's a label with my initials DM on the inner lining, and this bag is sentimental to me - I'd be really grateful to get it back.
Lost drones around Del Rio, TX
On Tuesday around 6:30 pm, I was piloting my small gray drone near Del Rio City Park, close to the Rio Grande, when a gust yanked it from my hands and dragged it toward the basketball courts. The drone is a compact gray model with orange prop guards and a dented camera cover. The controller bag has a red zipper and a few scratches from a tumble in the grass. I’m gutted because the footage it carried includes my daughter's birthday party and a few personal clips I’ll never get back. I retraced the sidewalks and the parking lot by the courthouse, scanning under benches and around the swings, but it didn’t turn up. If someone spots it, please let the site know.
LOST flutes near the riverfront in Del Rio
I was leaving the Del Rio Public Library area on 2nd Street around 5:15 PM last Saturday when I realized my flute case was missing from my bag. Those flutes were my grandmother's and they're tied to every recital I give now; they felt like a piece of home. I retraced my steps along the riverfront near the border crossing and asked a few shopkeepers, but I didn't see them again. If anyone found them, please keep them safe—I'll be grateful beyond words.
