Silver hoop earrings with turquoise bead found in Del Rio

I found a pair of silver hoop earrings this afternoon around 2:15 pm outside the CVS on Main Street in Del Rio, near the Val Verde County Courthouse. They’re small hoops about 12mm in diameter, made of sterling silver with a delicate etched pattern along the rim and a tiny turquoise bead set into one side. On the back of the other earring there’s a faint 'J' engraving and a tiny 'S925' stamp. They were a bit dusty from the wind but otherwise in good condition.
