Silver bracelet with turquoise bead and turtle charm

I found a silver-tone bracelet this afternoon around 3:15 pm in the parking lot behind the Courthouse Square in downtown Nacogdoches, Deep East Texas. It's a 7-inch slim chain with a tiny turquoise bead and a small turtle charm that sits near the clasp. On the back of the turtle charm there are the initials 'S.A.' engraved, and the bracelet is a bit tarnished but otherwise in good shape. It clearly has some sentimental vibes, and I’d love to get it back to its owner.
