I found a pair of royal blue Nike running shorts this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Walmart on Gilmer Road in Longview, Deep East Texas. They're men's size M in good condition, no holes, just a bit of sweat staining from recent workouts. The shorts have a lime-green drawstring and a small zip pocket on the right hip—a couple of distinguishing features to help identify them. The label inside looks like it says Nike Dri-Fit.
