Lost black leather wallet containing ID, credit cards, and family photo while walking a dog in Decatur.

I lost my black leather wallet while walking my dog in Decatur yesterday afternoon. It contains my ID, several credit cards, and a picture of my family. I retraced my steps but couldn't find it anywhere along the path. I'm really hoping someone might have picked it up.
