I found a charcoal knit scarf this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Decatur Square, outside the CVS on East Court Square. It's a soft, thick scarf about 70 inches long with a subtle heather look and a slightly frayed end. There’s a small red embroidery on the inside tag with the initials 'A.P.' that should help identify the owner. It was tucked under a bench, still clean but a bit dusty from the sidewalk.
