I found a bright green budgie with a yellow head this morning around 9:15 am, perched under a bench near Blind Bob's in Dayton's Oregon District. It has a small blue leg band on the left leg with the number A7-42, and it seems healthy, chirping happily when I whistle. I set him up in a spare travel cage I keep in my car, and he's been eating millet and nibbles since I grabbed him.
