Black leather briefcase found near Greene Town Center

I found a black leather briefcase this afternoon around 2:15 pm in the parking lot behind the Greene Town Center in Beavercreek, off I-675 near the Target. It's a medium-sized case with a sturdy top handle, two brass clasps, and a few scuffs on the corners. Inside there's a gray laptop sleeve, a blue notebook with the initials 'A.K.' on the first page, and a bright red USB drive in the main pocket.
