Found a beautiful gold heart-shaped necklace near downtown Danville park.

I found a beautiful gold heart-shaped necklace while walking my dog in the park near downtown Danville on Tuesday. It was tangled in some grass, and it seemed like it might have significant sentimental value. I've cleaned it up and would love to return it to its owner if they can describe it to me.
