Description
I found a small green parakeet with a lime-yellow chest this afternoon around 2:45pm outside the Cumberland Valley Shopping Plaza, near the CVS on Main Street and Cumberland Avenue. It has a red plastic leg band with the code AZ27 and a tiny blue patch on its right wing. It seemed pretty calm, hopping onto my finger when I spoke softly. I kept it in a safe tote in my car to keep it from flying away while I try to locate its owner.
