Found a friendly blue parrot with green-tinted wings perched near a backyard in Cumberland Valley.

I found a stunning blue parrot perched on a tree near my backyard in Cumberland Valley. It has bright blue feathers with a hint of green on its wings and seems very friendly. I’ve tried to find its owner in the neighborhood, but no one has recognized it. I just want to make sure this lovely bird finds its way home soon.
