Found a Seiko stainless steel watch with a black dial this morning around 9:15am near Valley Library on SW Jefferson Way, Corvallis, by the bike racks outside the library entrance. It's in decent shape, with a few light scratches on the bezel and a tiny dent near the crown. The back is engraved with the initials 'AL'. The bracelet is a brushed link style that feels solid when worn.
