I lost my blue reflective dog harness yesterday around 4pm near Dogwood Park in Cookeville. It's a medium PetSafe harness with neoprene lining and bright blue webbing, and a small silver star charm on the buckle. There’s also a paw-print tag that says 'Milo' with a tiny phone number on the back. I think I dropped it on a bench by the Willow Avenue entrance, near the Starbucks on Main Street, while Milo sniffed the fountain. Milo's safety gear means a lot to me—he's a rescue, and I’d really appreciate getting it back.

I found a dog this afternoon around 2:15 pm wandering near the Walmart on Willow Avenue in Cookeville. It's a medium-sized black lab mix with a shiny coat, a white patch on the chest, and a small scratch on the left ear. The dog wears a red nylon collar with a blue bone-shaped tag, but no visible microchip from a quick look. He seemed friendly and a little anxious, sniffing around but stayed by my side after I offered a treat.
