Sunburst violin lost near library in Cookeville
Description
I was in the courtyard outside the Cookeville Public Library on Jefferson Avenue yesterday around 3pm and I must have left it somewhere along the path. It’s a full-size violin with a warm sunburst finish, ebony fingerboard, and a small dent on the lower bout near the chinrest; the bow has a blue wrap and a slightly worn ivory tip. Inside the case there’s a faint handwritten label with the name 'L. Marinelli' and a tiny scratch along the back plate. This violin was a gift from my grandmother and it means a lot to me—really hoping to get it back. If you found it, please leave it at the library desk or contact me here; I’d be beyond grateful.
