Found black Nike running shoes

Found a pair of black Nike running shoes this morning around 6:45am in the back parking lot behind the public library on Jefferson Avenue in Cookeville. They're size 9, low-top sneakers with a white Nike swoosh and a tiny purple heart sticker on the inside heel. One shoe has a small scuff on the toe and the laces are a bit dusty from the road. They look barely worn otherwise, so I figured someone might be missing them after a morning jog. If you're missing these, shoot me a reply and tell me the exact size on the tag or a distinguishing mark—the sooner we connect, the better. We can meet somewhere safe in downtown Cookeville to hand them over.
