Ivory king-size duvet cover with navy piping

I lost my ivory EverRest king-size duvet cover yesterday around 3pm. It's 100% cotton with navy piping along the edges, and the tag shows 'EverRest.' I last saw it outside the North Market on North Market Street, near High Street in the Short North. There's a tiny coffee stain on the inner flap, plus the inside hem is embroidered with the initials 'PR'—it has sentimental value because it was a gift from my grandmother, and I’d really appreciate getting it back.
