Description
I lost my black puffer jacket with a hood while walking in downtown Columbia. It has a small tear on the left pocket and my initials 'J.D.' are stitched inside. I last remember having it while waiting for the bus near the corner of Main Street and 5th. I'd really like to get it back as it was a gift from my grandmother and quite valuable to me.
