Found friendly ginger cat with blue collar and bell near front porch in Jefferson City, Missouri.

I found a friendly ginger cat near my front porch in Columbia. It seems to be lost as it was meowing and approached me right away. It has a blue collar with a small bell but no tags. I'm hoping to help reunite it with its owner as soon as possible.
