Gold ring with sapphire centerpiece

I was grabbing coffee yesterday around 3pm outside the West Side Market on West 25th Street in Cleveland, and I must have fumbled my ring off my finger. It's a 14k yellow-gold band, about 3.5mm wide, with a small round sapphire set in a bezel. There's a tiny engraving on the inside: 'Forever A&M'. The ring has sentimental value; it was a gift from my grandmother, and I've worn it every day since she passed. If anyone found it, please reach out — I really need it back!
