Found small green tree frog near the edge of Lincoln Park in Cleveland, Ohio.

I found a small green tree frog jumping around near the edge of Lincoln Park in Cleveland. It was late afternoon, and I believe it may have escaped a terrarium or something. It's pretty lively and cute, but I'm hoping to return it to its rightful owner. If you think this might be your frog, please provide a description to verify ownership.
