Found a gold wristwatch with brown leather strap near the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument in downtown Cleveland.

I found a beautiful gold wristwatch while walking near the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument in downtown Cleveland yesterday. It has a brown leather strap and seems to be in great condition. I have no idea who it belongs to, but I'd really like to return it to its rightful owner.
