Brown leather Samsonite briefcase, scuffed, travel papers inside

I lost my brown leather Samsonite briefcase yesterday around 3pm near the West Side Market in Cleveland on W 25th Street. It's a standard-sized bag with a slightly worn exterior and a red fabric lining that shows when you open it. Inside are my travel documents, a USB drive, and a photo from college tucked in a side pocket. The case has a small dent on the lower-right corner and a fabric tag with initials 'KP' sewn inside. If anyone found it, please get in touch — it has sentimental value and I really need it back.
