Found Seiko watch with blue leather strap

I found a watch this afternoon around 3:15 near Fountain Square along Vine Street in Cincinnati. It's a Seiko men's dress watch with a brushed stainless steel case, a deep blue leather strap, and a black dial with silver markers. The back is engraved with the initials AH, and there's a tiny scratch near the 2 o'clock position.
