Found orange tabby cat near Fountain Square, Cincinnati

I found a friendly orange tabby this afternoon around 3:45pm near Fountain Square in Cincinnati. It's a medium-sized cat with short fur, bright orange coat, and white paws. It’s wearing a blue collar with a tiny silver bell that jingles when it moves. It seemed a little hungry and a bit scared, but it purred when I patted its back. There’s a small notch in its left ear and a faint white stripe down its nose—easy to recognize. I followed it for a couple of blocks, and it hung around the edge of the plaza before I stopped.
